The Tijuana River Socio-Environmental Project exists to diagnose, highlight, and transform the socio-environmental conditions of the river and the people who live along its banks, from an ecosystemic and human rights perspective. Our purpose is clear: to improve water and environmental quality, protect the health and dignity of the people and restore the river as a living, safe, and habitable space.
